Then we met, got married and had five children. Out of sheer necessity, we had to become more proficient in the culinary arts (although I hesitate to call what we do "culinary arts"). In the process, we learned that we love to be in the kitchen together.
Paco is a "throw the recipe out the window and fly by the seat of your pants" kind of cook. He marinates, grills, smokes, roasts, seasons, samples and is an instinctive cook.
Jamie is a "by the book" kind of gal. If a recipe is perfect the first time, it will not get tweaked... unless Paco makes it. Definitely a baker at heart, she bakes, rolls, kneads, and mixes to her heart's content.
